Here is the template for making the Shaker box:
My next Video tutorial will be using things right out of the recycling bin, so grab at least four empty toilet paper rolls, some scraps of patterned paper and join me for this journey of an artistic nature.

Preview of Saturday's tutorial
On Saturday I will post the video tutorial to go along with this adorable
shaker box. It is a quick, fun and easy project, I have the sizzix die to quickly make this project but fear not, I will post a template on the Saturday tutorial as to how to make the box without the die.
I used my copic markers to color the image, liquid applique for the hat and some baby rick rack for his tummy. Clear crystal effects was ued for the buttons and feet to look like slick candy.
Check out the digital delights websight, their information banner is on my side bar.

Digital Delights Halloween card and Altered Coaster Stamp party gifts!

These adorable Halloween stamps are on sale at Digital Delights. Click the banner above to visit their websight and take advantage of the terrific savings!
The image is printed out on high quality card stock and colored with copic markers. The card is purple card stock and layered on top are a spider web and haunted house my friend Theresa (Click here for her store). Sent me a year ago. I embellished the house with glow in the dark paint, so the house and the vanpire's eyes both glow in the dark!
I am attending a Close to my Heart stamping "party" on Halloween, I made these fantastic Altered coasters as the base, and covered the post it note with a piece of patterned decorative paper. The clip is held in place with a medium binder clip and is embellished with ribbon. The adorable ice cream cone is a retired sizzix die, I cut the "ice cream" part out twice using different colors of card stock. The cone is colored with E33 copic marker and the entire embellishment is accented with stickles Frosted Lace.
This weekend I will be doing another Saturday tutorial for Digital Delights stamps. I will have it up and running early on Saturday for our European friends. It will be a fun one, I've raided my recycling bin and you get to watch the creative process first hand! I so look forward to these tutorials!

Better Late than never Saturday Tutorial!
Hello and Happy Saturday!
Welcome to my first video tutorial. Note to self, no more red lipstick and for goodness sake wear some mineral makeup. I look washed out, but I feel great.
Today's tutorial is simple, so you will learn how to fold this milk carton treat box. I really hope you all enjoy my video.
Again I apologise for being so tardy with this post, next week will be on time!
Stamp Happy and have a terrific weekend!

50 % off Digital Delight images and a preview of the Saturday Tutorial!
Digital Delights is having a heck of a blow out sale 50% off, click the badge above to go to the web sight and enjoy the awesome savings, these Halloween images are so precious, they are so fun to color and layer up on your last minute Halloween projects, I hope you will take the time and go check them out!
Our family is excited to be celebrating the 22nd birthday of my oldest son, Craig. I am on the right with my belly against that of my best friend Cindy Blanchard. She was expecting her daughter, Adrianne at the time. It is hard to believe those little blessings are all grown up and moving on, my Craig is in the Air Force and her daughter is in college studying for a music degree. I am proud of both of these young folks, it seems like only yesterday... ahh sweet memories.
Here is a mini sneak peak of the Tutorial that will be filmed tomorrow and go online on early Saturday morning. This features the sizzix die, click here for the web sight to view the die. I used two layers of paper, one card stock and one patterned paper to make the box extra sturdy. If you are only making a few and need them to withstand a lot of hands, then double up on the paper like I did. However, just one layer of regular weight pattern paper does well, but make sure the candy or goodies going into the box are not heavy.
You can see I have not put the snow man onto the box nor have I folded and assembled it, this will be show in the video, so I hope you will tune in for it on Saturday. If you would like to reproduce this treat box, go on over to the Digital Delight blog sight (click the 50% off Halloween badge or click here):
You will find great value with our many digital stamps, they are so cute, delightful to work with and easy to use. I hope you have enjoyed today's mini sneak peak at the Tutorial for Saturday, now to clean off my desk and get ready for the video to be shot. Have a great evening.
Stamp Happy be a blessing!

This is Santa Bryce! He is printed out in a smaller format. I saved the image as a .jpg, then went into my paint program, then when it was time to print him, I chose the option to print him in wallet size, it was the perfect size for the card;
Here are the details:
Print Santa Bryce out on good quality card stock. To be certain the image would not bleed or fade I took a couple of minutes to heat set the image. I cut the eyelet circle and fun pointy circle from my sizzix machine using some of the new Spellbinders nestabilities dies. The fun tear shaped objects at the bottom of the card are called "tear drops" they are manufactured by the same company that makes the famous dew drops we all enjoy. I carefully cut the image out before applying to the card front. The paper used on the card are a pink card stock and DCVW patterned paper. As well as the tear drops and ribbon. Glitter glue is on his hat and other portions of the image to provide more sparkle.
The image is colored with the following copic markers: YG67,YG63,E33,E93,R14,E50,R17,C2,C6,C1,CC5
I look forward to being part of this dynamic design team and having fun with my new images! Stamp Happy and be a blessing to others!

Where has that girl been? Blog candy ends tomorrow.
The last picture almost says it all, that's right friends, I've been out of town at Fort Myers beach in Florida!
It was beautiful, no kids, no dogs, no worries! We ate a bunch of sea food, a really great pizza and the hotel had a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, the whole sha-bang.
One of my favorite stops was here. The wicked rubber stamper store, I did boost the local economy a bit by visiting this fantastic store! It was so much fun. She had so many different stamps, sayings and accessories, it is a must see if you are in this part of Florida,
I also visited Betty's stamp pad. Please check her web sight BEFORE visiting as she was getting ready to move when I stopped in to visit. She has a terrific selection, the staff and Betty herself are just wonderful to visit and shop with.
The last store was the Owl and Pussycat, if you like the artistic stamps, lots of ephemera, various papers and the unusual in stamps and supplies, visit her store, she is very nice and has a beautiful store and location that is easily accessible.
We arrived back at BWI this afternoon at 2:30 EST, and came home to a clean house, and its great to see the kids and the puppies all doing well.
Tomorrow is blog candy $75.00/cash, altered item and a few surprises for the winner, so get those comments in, comment often and tell your friends.
Stamp happy, be happy!

I must admit I had a really good time with these boxes, I still have a few more to embellish for her web sight but, am having fun doing so.
The pretty Halloween box is now embellished with glow in the dark paint for the spider eyes and belly as well as the bat eyes, they truly glow in the dark very nicely!
Today's post will be a short one, as I need to tidy up my desk and get some projects ready for my classes at Hobby Lobby here in Laurel, MD.
There will not be a class in my home on October 9 or 10 th due to a conflict in my schedule and lack of participation.
