Band Aid tin -- blog candy reminder

Happy Monday!
I had a bought of a tummy ache this morning that derailed my previous plans to spend some time with my friends. I'm sure I'm back on track though. I received this lovely band aid tin from a friend and it just 'needed' to be altered. I started with some green galore stamping up card stock and some designer series paper (from the sale -a -bration kit).
I used some stitched wild Wasabi ribbon. The flowers are die cut using an old sizzix die out of felt. The flowers are embellished with glitter. The dew drops finish off the project. I plan to use the tin for upcoming ATC swaps.
I recently purchased a third dogie bed for our basement. This area is also where my wonderful craft space is located. I couldn't help but get a shot of all three of our puppies, don't they look spoiled rotten? From left to right, Lexie, Buttercup and Snickers.
Just another reminder, of blog candy; here are the pictures
I hope that I am able to post a new video tutorial soon, so be on the lookout. My goal is to try and do one video a week!
Stamp Happy!

your band aid tin turned out great!! your doggies are cute too! my kids want a dog, but I'm not sure I want the upkeep. :) We had a beagle when my oldest was little, but we had to put her to sleep. However, your doggies are just too cute!

What a cute idea to decorate a band aid tin. I didn't even realize they still made them that way anymore.

Your dogs are cute.

What a cute tin, I can see why you had to alter it. Turned out so wonderful! Just in time to fill it with Easter treats. YUM!

Love the band aid tin, it's super cute. Band aid tins always remind me of my grandfather because he always saved them to store all his lil' bits and bobs in his shop. So whenever I see an actual metal band aid tin I scoop it up...whether it's original or not! :)

Oh my, those pups are just way too cute. How nice that they will share. Maybe it has something to do with basements always being colder that the rest of the house. Give them all an extra tummy scratch and a biscuit from Linda S. in NE

I just left a comment and I think I clicked it "off" instead of submitting it! Duh! Paint fumes!

The band aid box is cute, I like all the flowers. Makes it look very cheery! Now that's what they should actually sell band aids in. Wouldn't that look cute sitting in a kitchen or bathroom?!
And I love the dog picture, I think they are loving their new bed!
